Our company is immersed in the heart of the Sicilian countryside, in an uncontaminated environment far from sources of smog, among centuries-old olive trees such as Oleastro d’Inveges an olive tree from the 1300s inserted among the monumental assets of the territory, and large extensions of orange trees.
Sciacca is a seaside town overlooking the Mediterranean sea of 45 thousand inhabitants with a rugged coast and sea with sandy and bright beaches, with a mild and temperate climate, it lives on fishing, agriculture, crafts and tourism.
To the east of Sciacca it rises Mount Kronio 386 meters high above sea level from whose slopes spring thermal baths.
Particular importance deserve: the church of Maria SS. del Soccorso which is also the cathedral of the city which dates back to the XII century, the Luna Castle erected during the Normans invasion of Sicily in the XII century, and the Steripinto Palace one of the oldest in the city erected in 1501 as an example of Plateresque art of the late Gothic Renaissance, where the façade is made up of a series of diamond-tipped bosses.
The three doors of Sciacca deserve a special mention, Porta Palermo rebuilt in 1753 in Baroque style, the San Salvatore door of the sixteenth century with Renaissance sculptures, and Porta San Calogero which is dated in 1536.
